Ajwain Cheese Paratha

Ajwain Cheese Paratha 







 Ingredients
  • Wheat flour (atta)                             1 big cup
  • Gram flour (besan)                           2 tbsp s
  • Carom seeds (ajwain)                       1 tbsp
  • Curd                                                  4 tbsp s
  • Kasuri methi                                     2 tsp s
  • Oil                                                     3 tbsp s
  • Turmeric powder                              a pinch
  • Jeera (cumin) powder                      1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder                     1 tsp
  • Chili powder                                    1 tsp
  • Sugar                                               1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Processed cheese (grated)              1/2 cup
  • Butter                                              1/4 cup


Process

Take a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients except cheese and butter. Mix well all items and then make a smooth medium tight dough by adding required amount of water and keep aside for rest for 30 mins. Now make small round balls and stuff 1 tsp grated cheese inside each ball. Now heat tava and spread cheese stuffed ball in to round shape paratha carefully. Fry each paratha both sides till golden brown adding 1 tsp butter both sides. Now serve yummy and tasty ajwain cheese paratha with fresh sweet curd or with any special curry.

Aloo Methi Roti

Aloo Methi Roti

            Ingredients





  • Wheat flour                                      2 cups
  • Boiled & grated potato                    1 cup
  • Kasuri methi                                    1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander              2 tbsp s
  • Finely chopped green chilies        1 tbsp
  • Dhania powder                              1 tbsp
  • Sugar                                             1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter (optional)

Process





Take mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except butter and make smooth and tight dough adding required amount of water and keep aside for an hour. Now make small small round balls and spread in to thin and round shaped roties. Heat non stick tava and fry each roti both sides till golden yellow as shown in the picture. For children spread 1 tsp butter both sides of roti and serve with special sabji. Now hot, soft and yummy aloo methi roti is ready serve.

Butter-non stuffed with Matar masala




Butter-non stuffed with Matar masala

Ingredients

  • Butter-non dough                              1 cup
  • Fresh green peas                               1/2 cup
  • Green chilies                                      2 nos 
  • Fresh coriander chopped                  1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds (jeera)                          1/4 tsp
  • Butter                                                2 tbsp s
  • Oil                                                     1 tsp
  • Salt to taste


Process


Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil and heat it. Now add cumin seeds, fresh green peas, chilies and salt to taste. Mix well and cook in a lower flame for 5 to 7 mins. No need to add water. Off the flame and cool it. Now make a smooth paste and mix chopped coriander. Now keep masala aside.  Now make small balls of butter-non dough and stuff 1 tsp of matar masala in side the ball. Now spread the ball using atta in to round shaped non.Heat nonstick-tava , fry masala stuffed round shaped non both sides till golden yellow adding butter. Finally hot, yummy, delicious and smooth matar masala stuffed butter-non is ready to serve and eat with special punjabi bhindi curry.

Aloo Jeera Masala with Ragi Paratha

Aloo Jeera Masala with Ragi Paratha



Ingredients
  • Potatoes (boiled)                                  6 medium size
  • Onion (chopped)                                 1/2 cup
  • Tomato (chopped)                               3/4 cup
  • Coriander (chopped)                           3 tbsp s
  • Dhania powder (coriander pow)          1 tbsp
  • Jeera powder (cumin pow)                 4 tsp s
  • Turmeric powder (haldi)                    a pinch
  • Chili powder                                      2 tsp s
  • Sugar                                                a pinch
  • Salt to taste

Process

Cut boiled potatoes in to 1/2 inch cubes and keep aside. Take a kadai, 2 tbsp s oil and toss chopped onions till golden brown. Then add chopped tomatoes and saute, now add potato cubes, 1 tsp fresh coriander, dhania powder, jeera powder, haldi, chili power,sugar and salt. Toss all the ingredients and add !/2 Lt water, stir well and cook in a low flame for 15 to 20 mins. Off the flame when the gravy is medium thick, add chopped coriander and cover with lid. Yummy aloo jeera masala is ready to serve with paratha.

Process of Ragi Paratha

Place a bowl, add 2 cups of whear flour (atta), 1/2 cup ragi flour, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste. Make a smooth dough by adding required amount of  water and cover with wet cloth for 1/2 an hour. Heat tawa , make small balls of the dough and spread each ball in to triangle shape paratha and roast both sides by adding 1 tsp oil. Healthy ragi paratha is ready to eat with potato sabji.

PALAK PARATHA



PALAK PARATHA
SPINACH PARATHA




INGREDIENTS
    ·      Whole wheat flour (Atta)          1cup
    ·      Palak (spinach) paste              3/4cup
    ·      Green chilli                             2nos
    ·      Oil                                           3tbsp
    ·      Sugar                                      1tsp
    ·      Salt to taste


Process

Place a mixing bowl. Take Atta, 2 tbsp oil, sugar and salt. Mix well. Take a pan, boil spinach and chilies with ½ cup of water for 7 to 8 mins. Let it cool and make a smooth paste by grinding. Now add the spinach paste to Atta. Make smooth dough by adding water if required, cover the dough and keep aside for an hour. Make small balls of the dough and spread each ball in to round shape or triangle shape paratha. Now heat tawa and fry each paratha applying oil on both sides. Now healthy palak paratha is ready to serve with special curry.

BUTTER NON


BUTTER NON




INGREDIENTS

·      Maida                                   250gms
·      Milk                                      1cup
·      Curd (fresh)                        1cup
·      Sugar                                  1tbsp
·      Baking soda                       1tsp
·      Kala jeera                          1tsp
·      Fresh ghee                         1tbsp                        
·      Salt to taste                   
·      Ripe banana                      (optional)
·      Egg                                    (optional)


Process

Take a mixing bowl, take maida in the bowl and add all the items except milk. Mix well and make soft dough adding milk. Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep aside for 4to5 hours. Make small balls and spread each ball in to round shaped paratha or triangle shaped paratha and bake in preheated oven or fry in tava, when done spread butter or fresh ghee on the top of the non and yummy hot butter-non is ready to serve with special curries.

ALOO KA PARATHA






ALOO KA PARATHA

POTATO PARATHA
     ·      Atta (wheat flour)                       2cups
     ·      Potatoes(boiled)                          3nos(big sized)
     ·      Fresh coriander(chopped)          2tbsp
     ·      Onion(chopped)                           3tbsp
     ·      Green chillies(chopped)             1tbsp
     ·      Garam masala(powder)            1tbsp
     ·      Aamchur(dry mango powder)  1tsp
     ·      Chat masala                                 1/2tsp
     ·      Sugar                                             1/4tsp
     ·      Oil
     ·      Salt to taste
PROCESS
Take a bowl, mix atta, sugar, salt and 1tbsp oil. Make soft daugh with the above items adding water and keep aside for an hour covering wet cloth. Take another bowl, mash boiled potatoes and mix mashed potatoes, chopped onion, chopped coriander, green chillies, garam masala, chat masala, dry mango powder and salt. Make small paratha and stuff the paratha with potato mix, close the paratha, make round ball and make big paratha. Take a non-stick tawa heat it, fry the paratha with 1tbsp oil both the sides and delicious aloo ka paratha is ready to serve.




ONION PARATHA

ONION PARATHA

  ·       Atta                                                2cups
  ·       Besan                                            1/4cup
  ·       Onion(chopped)                         1cup
  ·       Fresh coriander(chopped)       2tbsp
  ·       Garam masala powder           1 and 1/2tsp
  ·       Chilli powder                              1tsp
  ·       Salt to taste
  ·       Sugar                                           1/2tsp
  ·       Oil

PROCESS



Take a bowl, add all the above ingradients with one tbsp. oil. Make soft daugh with the above items and keep aside for half an hour. Make round parathas and fry in a non-stick tawa adding 1tbsp oil both sides, fry till golden yellow and yammy onion paratha is ready to eat.

Paneer paratha

Paneer paratha 


  • Maida                                     2cups
  • Fresh curd                              1cup
  • Milk                                        1cup
  • Baking soda                           1tsp
  • Sugar                                     1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
For stuffing
  • Paneer (grated)                     200gms
  • Chilly powder                         1tsp
  • Chat masala                           1tsp
  • Salt to taste

process

                           Take a bowl, mix maida, curd, milk, baking soda, sugar and salt well and make a soft dough out of it. Keep the dough (maida mix) aside for an hour by covering wet cloth. Now take another bowl, mix grated paneer with chat masala, chilly powder and salt and keep aside. Now make small puri of the maida mix and stuff the paneer mix in it. Now close the puri and spread it make big size round shape puri, sprinkle chilly powder (a pinch) on the puri (to look good) and bake it in pre heated oven for few min and grease butter on it and serve hot with palak paneer sabji.

Dhaniaparatha


Dhaniaparatha
   ·    Atta(wheat flour)                  1cup
   ·    Fresh coriander(chopped)   ½ cup
   ·    Salt                                      to taste
   ·    Sugar                                   1/4tsp
   ·    Chilli powder                      1/4tsp
   ·    Oil                                      3tbsp
Process
Take bowl, atta, sugar, salt, 1tbsp oil and required amount of water and make soft dough of it and close the lid. Keep aside for an hour. Take another bowl, chopped coriander, salt, chilli powder and mix well.  Take small amount of the atta mix and keep 1/2tsp of coriander mix in the middle and make small balls and roll the ball and spread and make paratha and fry in a tawa using 1tsp oil on it. Fry both the sides and dhaniaparatha is ready to serve with special curry.
