ONION PARATHA

ONION PARATHA

  ·       Atta                                                2cups
  ·       Besan                                            1/4cup
  ·       Onion(chopped)                         1cup
  ·       Fresh coriander(chopped)       2tbsp
  ·       Garam masala powder           1 and 1/2tsp
  ·       Chilli powder                              1tsp
  ·       Salt to taste
  ·       Sugar                                           1/2tsp
  ·       Oil

PROCESS



Take a bowl, add all the above ingradients with one tbsp. oil. Make soft daugh with the above items and keep aside for half an hour. Make round parathas and fry in a non-stick tawa adding 1tbsp oil both sides, fry till golden yellow and yammy onion paratha is ready to eat.
