Rosgulla

Rosgulla

Ingredients
  1. Milk(cow milk)                               3 liters
  2. Vinegar                                           30 ml
  3. Sugar                                               500  gm
  4. Semolina(suji)                                 2tbsp


Process


Take milk in a bowl and heat it.Let it boil,while boiling add vinegar.Stain the paneer and let it cool for 2-3hrs in the stainer.Take the paneer in a thali(plate) and mash finely for 15min.Now mix semolina finely and make balls out of it.Take sugar in a non stick cooker and add 1/2liter water, mix well, heat it, when the sugar starts melting and when it comes to boil add paneer balls into it.Cook the balls in sugar syrup for 5min in high flame, close the lid of the cooker, simmer the flame and cook for another 10 minutes.Now off the flame and let the rosgullas cool and finally the misty misty rosgullas are ready to eat.

Anda Tarkari


Anda Tarkari
Ingredients:
1.             Boiled  eggs                                               6
      2.           Onion paste                                              1 cup
        3.           Curd(fresh)                                           3/4cu
4.         Sliced   tomato                                        1
                5.          Ginger                                                      ½ inch piece
     6.          Garlic                                                      8 flakes

           7.          Coconut                                                 1 inch piece
8.          Cashew  nuts                                      10
9.          Cardamoms                                         2
10.    Cloves                                                   2
11.       Cinnamon                                           ½  inch
12.     Chakra phool                                    ¼
13.     Green chillies                                  6
14.   Garam masala powder                 1spoon
15.    Fresh coriander(chopped)        2 tbsp
16.    Salt                                                   to taste
17.    Sugar                                              a pinch
Process
Fry boiled eggs (sliced) in a pan with 1tsp of oil and keep a side. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, coconut, cashew, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, and chakra phool. Now take a pan, 3tbsp oil, 2bay leaves, add onion paste and fry till the water evaporates, add the paste and fry till the oil comes up. Add curd; mix well with the paste in the pan and fry for 5min. Now add salt, sugar, green chillies (sliced) and add water according to the requirement. Mix well and let it boil, add sliced eggs, garam masala and cook for 5-10 minutes. Finally sprinkle chopped coriander and garam garam Anda tarkari is ready to eat.
