SWEET DAL(dalma)
· Harad dal 2cups
· Potato (dices)1inch 8pieces
· Pumpkin(dices) 1inch 15pieces
· Sweetpotato(dices)1inch 15pieces
· Green chilli 2nos
· Red chilli 2nos
· Jeera,mustards 1/2tsp
· Soanf 1/2tsp
· Karepatta few
· Ghee 1tbsp
· Jaggery 1tbsp
Process
Take a pressure cooker, add ghee, let it heat, add
mustards,jeera,soanf,karepatta,greenchilli(slices),redchilli(pieces) and sauté
for few min and then add potato, pumpkin, sweet potato and toss it for few min
and finally add dal and fry for few seconds and add water as (required) close the lid and cook till the
dal is soft. Open the lid add salt to( taste ) and add jaggery (1tbsp) mix well, cook for few min, add water if
required. The consistency of dal is medium thick. Now hot and delicious dal is
ready to eat with roti or rice.
