BHINDI FRY (lady’s finger fry)


BHINDI FRY (lady’s finger fry)

  ·    Lady’s finger                       ¼ kg
  ·    Tomato (chopped)               1tomato
  ·    Garlic(cloves)                     8cloves
  ·    Karepatta (chopped)           few
  ·    Jeera(cumin)                      1/2tsp 
  ·    Haldi (turmeric)powder     1/4tsp
  ·    Chilli powder                     1/2tsp
  ·    Garam masala powder      1tsp 

     
         
              Process

How to make garam masala  

Dhania,  jeera, khus khus, cardamoms, cloves, cakra phool, dalchini, peppers, bay leave.
Take a pan take little amount of the above items .Fry the items without oil in the pan for few min, let it cool and make powder of the above fried items and garam masala is ready.





                 

                           Take a pan. Add oil (2tbsp) add jeera,   crushed garlic, chopped karepatta. Fry for few  mins,add tomatoes, toss it well. Add chopped thin lady’s finger rings , mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder, mix well. Close the lid of the pan till the rings are soft. Open the lid, fry the rings in a low flame for few mins till the colour of the lady’s finger rings changes. Now add garam masala powder, toss it and finely add chopped coriander leaves and yummy mouth watering bhindy fry is ready to eat either with rice or roti.
