Natukodi masala (country chicken masala)
Ingredients:
- Country chicken 1/2kg
- Onion(medium size) 5
- Green chillies 6
- Ginger 1/2inch
- Chilli powder 1and1/2 tsp
- Chicken masala 1tsp
- Sugar a pinch
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Biryani leaves 2
- Ghas Ghas(khus khus) 1 and 1/2 tsp
Process:
Make a paste of onion, ginger, ghas ghas, green chillies . Take a pan, heat oil and add biryani leaves and paste . Fry well for 5 minutes and add chicken, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chicken masala . Fry well in a low flame for 20 minutes and then add required water and cook well till the chicken is done and gravy becomes thicker . Finally spicy natukodi masala is ready to serve .
