Besan Ladoo


                     Besan Ladoo

  Ingredients: 

  Besan:                               1cup
  Sugar(powder):                 1/3rd cup
  Ghee(homemade fresh):   1/2nd cup
  Grated badam:                  1/4th cup     
  Chopped cashew:             1/4th cup    



  Process:

               Take a khadai,pour ghee in the khadai,let it melt,put besan   
                in the melted ghee,sim the flame,mix nicely,stir 
               continously for 15 minutes till the odour of the besan 
                changes.Let it cool for 10 minutes,add powdered
            sugar,add badam ,add cashew mix well and make
                  ladoos.Ready to eat delicious ladoos .
