Kodi kalu fry (chicken joint roast) (without oil)
Ingredients:
- Chicken leg piece 4
- Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
- curd 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- China salt 1/4tsp
- Black salt 1/2tsp
- Chat masala 1/2tsp
- Dhania powder 1/2tsp
- Jeera powder 1/2tsp
- Chicken masala 1/2tsp
- Garam masala 1/2tsp
- Chilli powder 1tsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste 1tsp
- Pepper powder 1/4tsp
Process:
Take a bowl, mix all the above ingredients and apply on the chicken leg piece . Marinate it for about an hour . Preheat the oven . Keep the leg pieces in the oven(grill mode) and chicken roast is ready to eat, serve hot .
